PURPOSE: A seat belt for a vehicle is provided to safely protect passengers in accident during driving by evenly dispersing impact. CONSTITUTION: A seat belt for a vehicle comprises a tongue plate(320) and a buckle(330). A joining piece(322) coupled with the buckle is formed on the tongue plate. First fixing holes(324,354) are formed on the opposite direction of the joining piece. A belt is inserted into the first fixing hole. Twisting prevention holes(326,356) are obliquely formed around the first fixing hole. The twisting prevention holes prevent the belt from twisting.
