PURPOSE: An apparatus for peeling walnut is provided to obtain the kernel of the walnut by peeling only inner skin of the walnut without adding a strong pressure to the walnut, to improve marketability, and minimize a defect rate. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for peeling walnut comprises: a base(10) comprising a horizontal frame and a vertical frame; a hopper(20) which is supported by a supporting bar which is vertically extended from the upper side of the horizontal frame; a body(30) which is included on the upper side of the base and includes an inlet hole(31) and an outlet hole(32); a first crushing unit(40) including a first crushing blade; a second crushing unit(50) including a second crushing blade and a supporting plate; a rotating disc(60) which is placed on a first eccentric link and a motor; a vacuum absorbing rubber packing. |
