<p>A high-temperature bio-reactor using a cooling-water pre-heater is provided to maximize cultivation and fermentation capability of microorganisms at a high temperature, thereby shortening necessary time for cultivation. A high-temperature bio-reactor comprises a culture medium container, a cooling-water pre-heater, a circulating pump and a culturing temperature controller. The cooling-water pre-heater, circulating pump and culturing temperature controller are connected to each other while located in an external of the culture medium container. An upper part and a lower part of the culture medium container are linked with each other through a hose in order to circulate liquids. The cooling-water pre-heater is equipped with a pre-heater(C) and a temperature controller(D) for controlling the pre-heater.</p> |
