PURPOSE: A thin film transistor liquid crystal display device is provided to supply anti-pollution to a bottom chassis. CONSTITUTION: A bottom chassis(130) comprises an inner layer, an electric Zinc plating layer and a polymer chromium-free pollution preventing layer. The inner layer is formed of a high strength steel plate. The electric Zinc plating layer is formed on the outer surface of the inner layer. The polymer chromium-free pollution preventing layer is formed on the surface of the electric Zinc plating layer. A top chassis(140) fixes the panel unit on the front side of a backlight unit to surround the front side edge and side of a panel unit.
