PURPOSE: A pipe composition of a poly vinyl chloride copolymer resin, and the pipe using thereof are provided to improve the compatibility and the coherence force between an acryl-vinyl chloride copolymer resin and an inorganic filler. CONSTITUTION: A pipe composition of a poly vinyl chloride copolymer resin contains the following: 100 parts of acryl-vinyl chloride copolymer resin by weight; 0.05~3 parts of acrylic acid polyester as a dispersing agent; 2.5~5 parts of Ca/Zn based non-toxic composite stabilizer by weight; 0.3~3 parts of processing aid by weight; 0.6 parts of white pigment by weight; and 1~10 parts of inorganic filler.
