Subject: wild boar souvlaki prepared by addition of any material pertaining to the meat treatment technology especially to the treatment of quarries. Wild boar meat is specially treated under mechanical conditions by use of tumblers and teflon baskets. The final meat product is standardized for the preparation of souvlakis. |
