PURPOSE: An overcurrent breaker is provided to improve productivity by combining a bimetal with a fixing plate through a rivet. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second fixed terminal are projected to the outside by passing through the bottom side of a case. A first and a second fixed contact point are connected to the first and the second fixed terminal. A bimetal(400) has a first and a second movable contact point. The first and the second movable contact point are contacted with the first and the second fixed contact point, respectively. A fixing plate(500) clinches the bimetal on the case. A controlling part is formed in the fixing plate in order to support the center of the bimetal. A clamping part(700) combines the bimetal with the fixing plate. A cover(600) covers the upper side of the case.
