PURPOSE: A male pipe of the refrigerant circulating line of an air conditioner and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to strongly connect a female pipe to a male connector which is formed from a copper metallic material. CONSTITUTION: A male pipe of the refrigerant circulating line of an air conditioner comprises a copper pipe(7), a sharp part(10), an anti-leakage part(20), and a male connector(30). The copper pipe comprises a flow passage(7a) through which refrigerant is circulated. The sharp part is extended from the end of the copper pipe and has a tapered shape. The anti-leakage part comprises an uneven part(21) formed on the outer circumference of the end of the copper pipe. The male connector is insert injection molded to the end of the copper pipe and is formed so that the sharp part is exposed to the outside. |
