PURPOSE: A bis(benzoimidazole) compound and organic electronic element and terminal using the same are provided to improve driving voltage, light efficiency and lifetime, and stability of the device. CONSTITUTION: A bis(benzoimidazole) compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. The bis(benzoimidazole) compound is used in soluble process. An organic electric element contains one or more organic layer(s) having a bis(benzoimidazole) compound. The organic layer comprises a hole injection /transport layer, light emitting layer, and electron injection layer. A terminal comprises a display device having the organic electric element and a controller which derives the display device.
