APPARATUS FOR PRESSING HELI-COIL

PURPOSE: A helicoil press-fitting device is provided to successively press helicoil on the screw holes of a flywheel and remove bottom tang of the helicoil. CONSTITUTION: A helicoil press-fitting device comprises a placing unit(100), a coil press-fitting unit(200), a tang removing unit(400), a tang discharge unit(500), and a monitoring unit(700). A flywheel(30) with multiple screw holes is placed on the placing unit. The coil press-fitting unit vertically reciprocates on the upper part of the placing unit. The coil press-fitting unit presses helicoil on the inner circumference of the screw hole. The tang removing unit is vertically reciprocated by external power to remove bottom tang of the helicoil embedded in the screw hole. The tang discharge unit discharges the tang. The motoring unit is installed in the coil press-fitting unit.
