<p>PURPOSE: A touch screen device is provided to increase productivity and reduce a fabrication cost by simplifying the structure thereof. CONSTITUTION: A substrate member(51) has a touch sensing region, and conductive scan lines(51-1,51-2) are formed corresponding to the touch sensing region. If a touch input occurs within the touch sensing region, an oscillating circuit(30) outputs a corresponding oscillating signal according to the variation ratio of a resistive component and a capacitive component of the conductive scan line. A touch scan circuit(20) judges the touched point within the touch sensing region based on the frequency components of the oscillating signal.</p> |
