PURPOSE: A signal generator is provided to supply an index component through which an oscillation frequency signal of a generator is determined by electrically connecting at least one line of a plurality of conductive lines to the generator. CONSTITUTION: A chip(120) including a conductive connection line(140) is arranged on an insulating substrate(110). The conductive connection lines are arranged in an oscillator(130) and in a plurality of layers respectively. A part of the conductive lines is arranged on the outside of chip of the insulating substrate. The conducive lines outside of the chip are connected with the conducive lines inside of the chip and the oscillator through a via to form a loop.
