PURPOSE: A rotary type skin massage unit is provided to improve cold massage effect by massaging the skin of a user while rotating a rolling sphere on the skin and to directly massage the skin while pasting cosmetics on the skin of the user. CONSTITUTION: A rotary type skin massage unit comprises: a main body(120) including a refrigerant(Fs); a main probe which is combined with the upper end of the main body, transfers cool air of the refrigerant, and includes a groove(131a) on the upper side of the main probe; and a rolling sphere which is inserted into the groove and delivers the cool air of the refrigerant through rotational friction with the skin of a user.
