THE RDF MANUFACTURE APPARATUS FROM MIXTURE OF WASTE PLASTICS AND SLUDGE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a solid fuel in which plastic waste and sludge are mixed is provided to remarkably shorten production time of the solid fuel by simultaneously performing a pulverizing process of the plastic waste and a drying process of the sludge. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a solid fuel includes a mixer(1) for simultaneously pulverizing plastic wastes and drying sludge in a process of mixing the plastic waste and the sludge. A sludge input(2) is included on one side of a mixing drum(11). A pulverizing rotor(3) is installed on the opposite side of the sludge input. The pulverized plastic waste is inputted into the mixing drum from an upper supply hopper(4) through an input hole(12) of the mixing drum. The sludge input includes a compact screw(22) which is integrated with a drying cylinder(21) and includes a heater(23).
