PURPOSE: The low grade carbon source in which the moisture is very much included is desiccated and the surface is coated to polymer. The moldability to the solid fuel of the carbon source is improved and the absorption of the moisture is prevented. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the solid fuel includes next steps(1). The waste containing polymer is mixed with the solvent kerosene, and whale-oil or their mixture. It heats with temperature less than 150°C and polymer is decentralized uniformly into solvent. Step of obtaining the mixture of solvent and polymer it filters the foreign solid substance.
