PURPOSE: A method, an apparatus, and a system for monitoring the use of a broadcast service are provided to supply information for a channel change of children to remote parents, thereby referring to the information at desired time. CONSTITUTION: A channel change detecting unit(310) monitors a channel of a terminal of a monitored person. The channel change detecting unit detects a channel change for the monitored channel. The terminal of the monitored person receives a broadcast service from a broadcasting service system. A channel change information providing unit(320) provides the monitored channel change to a terminal of a monitoring person.
