PURPOSE: An anti-distortion device of the side of a vehicle is provided to prevent the side of a vehicle from becoming distorted due to collision with a door of a neighboring vehicle parked. CONSTITUTION: An anti-distortion device of the side of a vehicle comprises a shock-up body(20) and an attaching unit. The shock-up body is installed in order to cover a part of the side of the door of the vehicle. The shock-up body blocks the end of the door from colliding with one side of a neighboring vehicle. The attaching unit makes the shock-up body installed on the side of the door. The attaching unit comprises a magnet(30), a plastic magnet and a velcro fastener. The magnet is embedded in a side facing the door of the shock-up body. The plastic magnet is installed on a side facing the door of the shock-up body.
