METHOD FOR DESIGINING DIFFUSING FILM HAVING IRREGULAR SPHERICAL SHAPED PATTERNS

PURPOSE: A design method of a diffusion film is provided to uniformly maintain the quality of product by repetitively producing a diffusion film which has the same pattern by using a mold. CONSTITUTION: A reference point which is irregular and homogeneous in the front area of a film(2). When an interval between points is less than a predetermined value, the points are removed. When the interval between points is higher than the predetermined value, points are added. A polygonal pattern which uses an inner point with reference points is generated(3). A circle inscribing in a convex polygons is generated(4). A center point and a radius are corrected in consideration of the number of contact points which are generated(5). Arbitrary points are generated inside the front area of a film.
