PURPOSE: A sealing plug for a fluid hole is provided to prevent the idling when pressing an expansion rubber ring, thereby ensuring the airtight seal. CONSTITUTION: A sealing plug for a fluid hole comprises a base(10), an expansion rubber ring(20), a pressing unit, and a press member(50). The base comprises a screw part and a seating surface(15) formed around the screw part to place the expansion rubber ring. The press member is located in the pressing unit and coupled with the base. The expansion rubber ring has gullies(24) and ridges(26,27) formed on the top and bottom of the gullies. When the expansion rubber ring is expanded, the ridges are separated by the gullies and pressed onto the wall of a fluid hole.
