PURPOSE: An elevator moving along a curved line, which can freely move on any kind of route, is provided to reduce the risk of falling or separating from an orbit. CONSTITUTION: An elevator moving along a curved line comprises a top body(11), a bottom body(12), a manipulation part, a controller, a cage(13), a connection part(14) and a rail. The top body and bottom body are formed respectively and symmetrically. The manipulation part and controller operates an elevator. An entrance is installed at the cage. The cage carries man or cargo. The cage is connected to the center of the elevator. The connecting part is connected to the top body and bottom body at the lower end and upper end of the elevator. The rails are arranged in a row.
