PURPOSE: A mobile terminal which displays an operation pad on a second display unit after displaying output data another terminal on a first display unit is provided to receive output data from the other terminal and display the output data on a display unit including electronic paper. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal includes a communication unit, a first display unit(810) and a control unit. The communications unit performs communication with an external terminal. The first display unit includes electronic paper. The controller receives output data from another terminal through the communication unit according to an output request signal of the electronic paper. The controller controls the output of output data on the first display unit.
