PURPOSE: A cleansing cosmetic composition for treating atopic dermatitis is provided to ensure moixturizing and antibacterial property with low irritation. CONSTITUTION: A cleansing cosmetic composition for treating atopic dermatitis contains 7.50 weight% of peanut oil, 90.10 weight% of coconut oil, 0.50 weight% of glycerin, 0.99 weight% of skin conditioning agent, and 0.91 weight% of flavoring agent. The skin conditioning agent contains 0.10 weight% of camellia oil, 0.10 weight% of aloe vera gel, 0.10 weight% of propolis, 0.10 weight% of tocopherol acetate, 0.01 weight% of hinokitiol, 0.10 weight% of ceramide, 0.10 weight% of oryzanol, 0.10 weight% of placental extract, 0.08 weight% of bamboo salt, and 0.10 weight% of deep seawater.
