摘要 PURPOSE: A vegetable lactobacillus which suppresses growth of harmful microorganism is provided to maintain freshness of foods and to lengthen storage period. CONSTITUTION: A vegetable lactobacillus plantarum DSR CK10(KFCC-11433P) or lactobacillus plantarum DSR M2(KFCC-11432P) suppresses harmful microorganism growth. The lactobacillus has acid resistance at pH 2.5-5, salt resistance in 2-15% of NaCl, and antibiotics at 0.3-3% of oxgall. An antibacterial composition suppresses harmful microorganism growth. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating infection by harmful microorganism contains the vegetable lactobacillus plantarum or culture thereof. A fermentation food contains the vegetable lactobacillus plantarum or culture thereof.
