PURPOSE: A mass wind generator is provided to efficiently rotate a windmill by flowing wind between spokes and to increase the rotated amount of the windmill using first and second speed-up gears. CONSTITUTION: A mass wind generator comprises an outer rotary body(10) and a windmill(20). The outer rotary body has a top cover and a side cover. Multiple spokes(13) are formed on the outer surface of the outer rotary body at uniform intervals. The side cover is formed on one surface of the outer rotary body. A windmill is formed inside the outer rotary body and is rotated by wind flowing through the outer rotary body.
