The present invention relates to a method, to an apparatus, and to a system for payment for commercial dealings, service approval and subscription, capable of performing approval for payment for commercial dealings, and approval for various kinds of services such as a membership subscription, or the like, through mobile communication terminals, member store terminals, and a PG which store financial information of users. The present invention allows a mobile communication terminal which receives various kinds of purchase information or member store IDs from member store terminals to act as a main agent for approval for payment for commercial dealings or store membership subscription, to thereby make commercial dealings or store membership subscription safer and more convenient, when one intends to pay a bill or subscribe to a store membership by using the mobile communication terminal. The present invention enables approval for payment for commercial dealings to be performed by a variety of payment means such prepayment, direct payment, post payment such as card payments, post payment such as communication fee payment, payment by gift certificate or ticket, payment by mileage, bank transfer, and the like, by using the mobile communication terminal without providing personal financial information to the opponent.
