PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an artificial embankment material is provided to recycle the economic resources by mixing bottom ash, soil from the field, waste concrete, and cement. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an artificial embankment material containing 2.5~5% of cement for 100% of the artificial embankment material is performed by a non-firing process. The artificial embankment material comprises 80% of bottom ash generated from a heat power plant, 10% of waste concrete, and 10% of soil from the construction field.
