PURPOSE: A system for managing a carbon exhaust gift certificate is provided to issue a carbon exhaust gift certificate which has the same value as a carbon credit, thereby enabling a user to easily donate and transact a gift using the gift certificate. CONSTITUTION: An information receiving unit(415) receives a request for issuing a carbon exhaust gift certificate which has the same value as a carbon credit from a terminal. An information confirming unit(420) confirms a carbon credit that a client has. A conversion processing unit(425) converts part or all of the confirmed carbon credit into a carbon exhaust gift certificate which has the same value as the carbon credit. A gift certificate issuing unit(430) outputs the converted carbon exhaust gift certificate information.
