The flush (12) has a drive unit driving a pumping unit i.e. vortex pump, and having a single phase motor (16). A tubular body (13) is provided with a distal end (17) and a proximal end forming a joint (18). The pumping unit is assembled at the distal end of the tubular body. The drive unit has a shaft (15) that is provided with an end connected to the pumping unit and another end leaving from the tubular body by the joint. The latter end of the shaft is connected to the motor. A motor control unit starts the motor when a liquid level in the tank exceeds a predetermined threshold. An independent claim is also included for a waste water treating plant comprising a waste water dispensing tank.
