The door has an external panel (3) and internal panel (2) fixed with respect to each other, and a glass (11) mounted on a slide (12) sliding on guide rails (9, 9`) disposed between the panels. A glass activating mechanism moves the slide with respect to the guide rails. The rails are rotatably mounted on the door using the mechanism for modifying an inclination of the glass with respect to the panels. An adjustment and locking unit (20) adjusts the rotation of the rail and locks the rotation of the rail in a determined adjustment position. An independent claim is also included for a method of adjusting an inclination of a glass of a door.
