The dilo has a motor (2) fixed on a fixed base (1). A part with a double helical rail (3) is fixed on the fixed base, where the double helical rail is provided with a long trough (4). A cylinder (5) is arranged on the long trough and coupled to the motor. Helical nets (6) are provided on a surface of the cylinder. A shuttle (7) is installed on the part with the double helical rail, and performs forward and backward movement. A guide (8) on the shuttle is inserted into the helical nets. The part with the double helical rail and the shuttle are covered by a rubber envelope (9).
