FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: orientator of flexible pipe comprises prefabricated vessel with grooves on wall, where the following components are installed - hollow pressing element with cams that may interact with grooves on wall of prefabricated vessel, return spring of press element, hollow rotary spindle, two hollow gear half-couplings that may interact with each other, one of which is located in upper part of hollow rotary spindle, and return spring of press element provides for their open position. Press element is arranged in the form of movable bushing with through windows and helical splints, cams are fixed on axes in through windows and are arranged in the form of double-arm levers, one arm of which is located in cavity of bushing with the possibility to cover it down to the size that is smaller than diametre of flexible pipe, and the second one - in grooves on wall of prefabricated vessel arranged as rectilinear. The second gear half-coupling is equipped with helical splints engaged with helical splints of movable bushing. Grooves communicated with lower part of rectilinear grooves are arranged in wall of prefabricated vessel. Rotary vessel is rigidly fixed on lower part of rotary spindle. Rotary vessel with longitudinal window and diverting element is arranged below prefabricated vessel. ^ EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve reliability of flexible pipe orientator operation. ^ 3 dwg |
