FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: facility consists of centrifuge with vertical axle and removable drum opened from above, of device for hydraulic connection with pipes for supply and drainage of processing fluids supplied into centrifuge and drained from it, of one or more tanks for processing fluids storage and withdrawing equipped with corresponding valve and pump components, of current rectifier electrically coupled with centrifuge, of devices for centrifuge incline at 45 to horizontal axis; also, tubes for supply and drainage are coupled with hydraulic connector projecting from bottom of centrifuge. The installation consists of a row of stations arranged one behind the other and composed of facilities described above, of an automatic loading station at input and of an automatic station at output with two drying stations positioned in front of the latter. ^ EFFECT: complete automation, and labour input saving without hazard for operators health. ^ 6 cl, 4 dwg |
