INK-JET HEAD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An ink-jet head and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the electric characteristic of an ink-jet head by realizing the driver of the ink-jet head as a thin piezoelectric body. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polymer is deposited on a chamber and a membrane is formed. A piezoelectric body is formed on the glass(S100). The piezoelectric body is welded onto the membrane(S200). Laser is irradiated to the facing side of the glass and the piezoelectric body so that the piezoelectric body and the glass are separated(S300). The piezoelectric body and the glass are separated(S400). An amorphous layer generated on the piezoelectric body is eliminated by the ion milling(S500). The piezoelectric body is formed by depositing a piezoelectric material on the glass. The glass comprises magnesium oxide or aluminium oxide monocrystal.
