FIELD: weapons and ammunition. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed round comprises projectile with blade fin, primary charge and extra charge secured on projectile. Extra charge represents s bundle of tubular cotton powder with web thickness of 0.15 mm, weight of 2.15-2.25 kg, and stepped inner shape. Note here that ratio between web thickness of the primary and extra charges makes 0.8-1.1 of the ratio between power of powders of said charges.
