The invention relates to a method for the automatic dental ceramic veneering of frameworks of dental restorations, in particular for the veneering of crown or bridge frameworks, using a manufacturing device comprising at least one holding and positioning unit, at least one coating unit comprising at least one coating nozzle, a control unit and, preferably, at least one furnace chamber, wherein at least one CAD/CAM data record is created for the coating application of a veneering of a dental restoration to be manufactured, wherein in at least one coating process at least one ceramic veneering mass is sprayed onto the framework by the coating unit, wherein the framework is held and moved by the holding and positioning unit during the coating process, wherein the veneered framework is sintered in at least one sintering process, and wherein the coating process and the movement of the holding and positioning unit is automatically controlled by the control unit according to the CAD/CAM data record during the coating process. According to the invention, the veneering mass is obtained preferably immediately prior to the spraying from the nozzle in an upstream mixing unit of the manufacturing device by mixing at least one ceramic basic material with at least one dye and optionally further components, wherein the mixing ratio of ceramic basic material and dye and the optionally further components is automatically determined according to the CAD/CAM data record to adjust the color and/or translucency and/or brightness and/or fluorescence of the dental restoration. |
