The method for the puncture access to the intervertebrate disk L-Scomprises the access with the aid of the puncture needle, in length that is flexed in the middle at the angle of 50°. The skin is punctured at the distance of 3- from interspinous space L-Stowards the wing of ilium. The needle is passed at the angle of 20-30° to the horizontal plane. When the flexure of the needle contacts the skin, the distal end зa the needle is positioned vertically. As a result, the proximal end of the needle changes its direction towards the intervertebrate disk.
