A recording medium creation device records recording data onto a predetermined recording medium and prints a print object corresponding to plot data on a surface of the recording medium. The recording data and the plot data are set by a data setting device. The data setting device includes: a user information acquisition unit which acquires user information containing a name or an address of a user to whom the recording medium created by the recording medium creating device is to be distributed; a content acquisition unit which acquires content data for a user; and a control unit which sets in the recording medium creation device, the acquired content data as the recording data and the data for printing the name or the address contained in the acquired user information as the plot data. The control unit performs control so that recording of the content data destined to the same user and printing based on the plot data are performed on a single recording medium.
