FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: fastener system has end brake plate mounted on axial element. The end brake plate has an orifice for axle with a section of tight fit wherein the axial element is installed. The section of tight fit has dimension smaller, than dimension of a corresponding segment of the axial element and a shape facilitating friction contact along whole surface of the tight fit section. An external border of the orifice for the axle has one break and a fixing device. The break is formed by forcing a crack in the end brake plate, due to this break the section of the tight fit can expands at fitting. The fixing facility is designed to decrease the break and to facilitate size of the tight fit section returning to in essence its initial value. The procedure consists in fabrication a work-piece of the end brake plate by casting with the orifice for the axle, in possible mechanical treatment of the orifice for the axle to form a flat section of the tight fit, in finishing the section of tight fit to required dimensions and in making the orifice on the external border of the orifice for the axis of break by forcing a crack on the end brake plate. A wheel suspension has the fastener system of the end brake plate mounted on the axial element. ^ EFFECT: end brake plate facilitating transmission of high braking torque. ^ 16 cl, 6 dwg |
