The present invention relates to a novel 3-nitropyridine derivative compound substituted at 2,6-loci, a method for preparing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition including the same for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. The 3-nitropyridine derivative compound of the present invention, substituted at 2,6-loci, effectively increases osteoblast activity but also inhibits the differentiation of osteoclasts, so that it may be usefully used for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
