PURPOSE: A streetlight pole combining device is provided to prevent rainwater from being inputted between the streetlight pole and the lower support member. CONSTITUTION: A support member(30) is arranged inside the upper side of a lower support member(10). A support member supports the lower side of a streetlight pole(20). A fixing member(40) is arranged outside the upper side of the lower support member. The fixing member includes an insertion hole and a plurality of cut grooves. The lower side of the streetlight pole is inserted into the insertion hole. A plurality of cut grooves are formed on the insertion hole. A coupling member(50) is coupled with the fixing member to fix the streetlight pole.
