PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a liquor using pine buds is provided to produce pine buds with high perfume and alcohol content. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing pine bud wine using pine buds comprises: a step of steaming barley and mixing with yeast; a step of fermenting the mixture at 20~26°C for 8-12 days; a step of distilling barley liquor; a step of pulverizing nonglutinous rice and making broth; a step of cooling and mixing with the yeast; a step of fermenting at 20-26°C for 5-9 days to obtain a crude liquor; a step of collecting pine buds; a step of mixing barley liquor, crude liquor, glutinous rice, and pine buds; and a step of fermenting at 19-25°C for 25-35 days. |
