PURPOSE: An auto transmission controlling apparatus is provided to restrain the variation of transmission ratio during coordination shift control by controlling the shift based on a target transmission ratio after processing a delay process. CONSTITUTION: An engine(1) is the driving source for the power train of vehicles. A torque converter(2) is operationally combined to the engine. An auto transmission(4) is operationally combined to the torque converter through a deceleration apparatus(3). A final drive gear apparatus(6) is operationally combined through a transmission output shaft(5) of the auto transmission.
