The panel (10) has an insulation layer (12) arranged between plates (14, 16). A deformation absorption layer (20) is distinct from the insulation layer, and is arranged between and glued to the insulation layer and the one of the plate, where the deformation absorption layer is constituted by a third plate equipped with a set of grooves. Depth of the grooves is about 2-12 mm, and width of the grooves is about 1-5 mm. The absorption layer is realized from alveolus material.
