FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method consists in the analysis of lipopolysaccharide receptors count in monocytes (CD14+) in heparin blood sample; the neutrophils biocide activity level in reduction of nitro blue tetrazolium without pyrogenal added (NBT-slot), circulating immune complex count (CIC 7.5 %), cortisol and immunoglobulin E (IgE) concentration in no-heparin blood sample.
