The present invention relates to a method for processing porcine cornea using a NaCl solution and an trypsin/EDTA solution to decellularize the extracted porcine cornea. The processed porcine cornea by the method does not cause inflammation or an immune reaction after transplantation. A substrate of decellularized porcine cornea by the method recellularizes together with host corneal stromal cells after transplantation.
