Disclosed is a novel cyclohexane derivative having NPY Y5 receptor antagonism. Specifically disclosed is a compound represented by formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a solvate of the same. In formula (I), A represents substituted or unsubstituted aryl or heterocyclyl; X and Y are a combination selected from (X,Y)=(C(=O)N(R1), C(=O)N(R2)), (C(=O)N(R1), imidazol-1,3-diyl), (N(R1), C(=O)N(R2)), (O, C(=O)N(R2)), (C(R3)(R4), N(R2)) and (a single bond, C(=O)N(R2)) [wherein R1, R2 and R3 independently represent each hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted alkyl]; R5 represents substituted or unsubstituted aryl or heterocyclyl; R6 represents halogen, oxo, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy or the like; m represents 0 or 1; n represents an integer of 0 to 5; and B represents an aromatic carbon ring, a monocyclic heterocycle or a bicyclic fused heterocycle.
