PLACARDS STAND CONTROL METHOD

PURPOSE: A placards stand control method is provided to prevent the damage to a banner due to strong wind by automatically controlling the angle and height of the stand according to wind pressure. CONSTITUTION: Wind pressure is detected in a sensing step(50). The angle and height of a pole stand are controlled according the wind pressure in a controlling step. The angle of the pole stand against the ground is inverse proportion to the height of the top of the pole stand. A lighting device is controlled according to ambient light. The lighting device receives power from a solar generation system and a wind power generation system.
