PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an environment-friendly functional fertilizer is provided to improve the quality of the fertilizer, and to facilitate the production of the fertilizer by discharging gas through an automatic control method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environment-friendly functional fertilizer comprises the following steps: mixing a first mixture containing molasses and water, a second mixture containing boiled bean and the water, and a third mixture containing orange peel and the water, inside separate fermentation tanks(10); inserting aerobic bacteria in the fermentation tank; inserting air to the fermentation tank for an aerobic fermentation; monitoring gas generated from the previous step with a pressure sensor(102); controlling the insertion of the air; mixing the first, second, and third mixtures; and inserting anaerobic bacteria. |
