An electronic voting method relates to information-computer and control devices. The methods includes generation of coding and decoding switches, their storage with limited access codes and record these switches in control coding devices and transference of these devices to election precincts where they are connected to electronic voting systems. In the course of voting the system is activated, generating one-time access code to the system, identifying a will expression subject (a voter) to obtain an one-time access code to the system. The voter in a polling booth enters the access code to the system and sequentially numbers according to the lists. On the base of these data they form a result of voting and inform it to the voter to confirm the results. Under disagreement the voting process is repeated and under agreement this result is encoded as a unique code where data number and the additional information is coded, this result is printed on a paper carrier as an open line of entered numbers according to the lists and encoded code and the voter is getting acquainted with this result and then the voting printed result is kept close for impossibility of familiarization with it of other subjects and the result of each voting as open line of entered numbers according to the lists and encoded unique codes in electronic form in the control coded device is stored and the access code to the system of this voter is cancelled. After completion of the election the voting results are automatically calculated, additionally encoded and transferred to the central voting elective body. The method provides reliability growth of voting and decrease of possible ballot-rigging thanks to storage of protected primary voting results. |
