An invention relates to the waste processing, in particular to the processing of old automobile tires and polymers, into alternative fuel with the purpose of its subsequent utilization. The exhaust-heat boiler has vertical cylindrical body 1, separated by the bottoms into three sections. The medium section is a process chamber 5. Below the coated refractory bath 4 with combustor, charging door 7 for solid fuel and with lances 8 and 9 for supply of air and gas fuel is installed. Above them the smoke chamber 6 with smoke nozzle 10 and cargo hatch 11 is installed. In the inferior part of process chamber 5 the manway 12 is prescribed for discharge of solid residue, in the superior part the corresponding socket 13 is prescribed for gas-vapor mixture, which is subsequently rectified by the known means. The gas fraction is supplied into the combustor through the lance 9 as a fuel. The temperature-resistant longitudinal pipes 14 in process chamber pass through the bottoms 2 and 3 and are welded to them by welded seams 16. Around the pipes 14 with welded seams 16 on the inferior bottom 2 the parts of pipes 17 of larger diameter are welded in alignment. The space between them is filled with sand 18, which moderates the invasion of hydrocarbon gas-vapor mixture to the welded seams 16, theirs carburetion and acquisition of frangibility.
